We strongly encourage users to conduct their own research (DYOR) and, where necessary, seek guidance from qualified professionals before making decisions.

Nature of Services

Plasma Army provides a permissionless, decentralized launchpad (“MemePad”) that enables users to deploy tokens on the Plasma Network using pre-audited smart contracts.

Plasma Army is a non-custodial platform:

• Users retain full control and ownership of their wallets, private keys, and deployed tokens.

• Plasma Army does not hold, manage, or store any user funds.

• Plasma Army does not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, or intermediary of any kind.

The Platform’s code and smart contracts are provided as open tools for the community to use at their own discretion. All tokens launched through the MemePad share the same audited contract architecture verified by Cyberscope.

However, Plasma Army does not control or endorse any project created through the Platform, nor does it guarantee project success, liquidity, or token value.

Eligibility and Responsible Use

You may access and use the Platform only if it is lawful to do so under the laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.

Plasma Army does not intentionally make the Platform available in jurisdictions where such services would be considered illegal or require specific registration or authorization.

Market and Technology Risks

Interacting with smart contracts and digital assets involves significant risk. By using Plasma Army, you acknowledge that:

• Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits.

• Blockchain networks may experience outages, congestion, or reorganizations.

• Token prices can be volatile and may drop to zero.

• Third-party services or projects may fail or act maliciously.

You should not deploy or interact with any token unless you can bear the risk of total loss.

Third-Party Projects and Integrations

Plasma Army may reference or interoperate with third-party platforms, decentralized exchanges, or analytics tools. Plasma Army has no control over such third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behavior. Engaging with any external service is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms.

Security and Audits

The Plasma Army MemePad and its token templates have been independently audited by Cyberscope to ensure the safety of the underlying smart contracts.

While Plasma Army implements best-practice security measures, no system is completely free from risk. Always verify contract addresses and remain vigilant when deploying or trading tokens.

No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plasma Army and its affiliates make no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, accuracy, or error correction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plasma Army and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or any project launched through it.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet(s), private keys, and seed phrases.

• Understanding how smart contracts and token launches work before participation.

• Performing due diligence on any project before engagement.

• Complying with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

Changes and Updates
